Domestic Shipping (New Zealand Only)

• We proudly offer shipping services within New Zealand, with flat rate shipping of $12 for all orders.
• Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way.
• Orders will generally arrive within 3-5 working days of your order being processed.
  

International Shipping (Special Requests)

• For customers outside of New Zealand, we are happy to accommodate special shipping requests.
• Please contact our customer support team at team@niceshot.shop to discuss your specific shipping needs and receive a personalised quote.
• We will do our best to assist you with international shipping arrangements and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
